As we are located just off Norwich city centre we often have people coming in to train in their lunch hour, this can lead to huge time constraints on a person’s workouts. To make the most of your restricted time, try adding a few plyometric (explosive) movements into your routine.
Burpee is one of the best moves for burning calories and working the entire body. Starting in a press-up position hop both feet into your chest so that you are in a crouched position, then jump up as high as you can, landing back into the crouched position and kicking both legs out again back into the press-up position.
