The Yard – Bootcamp training at it’s best
Here at Style Health and Fitness we offer something completely unique to Norwich – ‘The Yard’ – a multi-purpose outdoor Bootcamp training area.
The Yard, our purpose built outdoor bootcamp area is made up of a wide range of traditional functional equipment, including tractor tyres and milk churns, along with a 20m sprint track which is perfect for interval training and bleep tests. The Yard provides a complete ‘bootcamp’ full body workout and enables you to build stamina, strength & speed.
Whether you’re looking to get fit for the first time or push your performance to the next level, our team of fitness instructors will help challenge and motivate you in The Yard to achieve those fitness goals faster!
NEW – Bootcamp (Military style with Xavi)
Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience high-intensity and full-body workouts. From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, TRX, powerbags, kettlebells and body weight exercises. Each class brings its own unique challenges – no two classes are the same – and each exercise will have options to accommodate for all fitness levels. Participants will improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility. The goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun but be prepared to push yourself and sweat!
